The week's exercise plan

Ok folks, as promised here is my exercise plan for the week:

Monday: Run (treadmill)
Tuesday: Pilates PT
Wednesday: Pilates class
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Run (treadmill)
Saturday: Pump class (maybe, depends on time of my chiro appt that I have to check)
Sunday: Run (outdoor)

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday's session will be easy to do, but I worry about the "can I be arsed" factor on Friday, Saturday, Sunday!! If I keep reminding myself I am only 0.5kg off goal, that should hopefully fire me up!!

Sounds like your all set for another good week! Your doing such a great job and its great to see you posting more often too!

You have so much to be proud of. enjoy your work outs this week and look forward to your weekend with the relos.

have a good day, im deteriorating fast so heading home to bed tonight if i make 5. nearly stayed home at lunch. head throbbing and throat getting worse by the day.
